We encourage everyone to test ride any bicycles they are considering for purchase. the experience of riding can answer many questions and sometimes, raise new ones. Test Rides are encouraged and are free at BicycleWise. We only ask that you leave a driver's license.
The BicycleWise Buy-Back program applies to children's bicycles with 24" wheels or smaller, Trail-A-Bikes and trailers purchased new from BicycleWise. Return the bicycle, Trail-A-Bike, or trailer within 3 years and receive up to 50% in-store credit which can be used toward any merchandise or service. Just bring it in. We'll take a look at the condition and make you an offer. It's that simple.
We carry an extensive selection but we can't stock every part, accessory, clothing item, and add-on. However, through our vendors, we have access to a very broad array of products. We're happy to special order whatever it is you need.
With so many high-tech materials sold under various brand names, selecting clothing for various outdoor activities and getting the proper clothing can be intimidating. Sometimes it's not any better when ordering parts. You need the right part, the right size, and perhaps a special tool to install it.
We have product catalogs, access to vendors, and expertise to help you find the right product.
BicycleWisewise will gladly refund your money for purchases returned within 14 days of purchase in unused condition with original packaging in good condition except for those purchases listed below.
There will be a 10% restocking fee on returns purchased with a credit card.
Any purchase returned within the 14 day period purchased by check must wait 17 days to receive a refund. In most cases a check will be cut for the refund.
Purchases returned after 14 days but before 30 days will be given store credit provided the product is returned unused with all original packaging in good condition.
We will not accept returns for credit or refund after 30 days of purchase.
No credit, exchange or refund will be granted unless the original receipt accompanies the products.
Cycling shorts,tools, and tubes may not be returned for exchange, credit, or refund. We will replace them for valid warranty issues.
